1. Product Usage Terms
The Lyramotionhub Wireless Earbuds are intended for personal, non-commercial audio use. By purchasing and using our product, you agree to the following terms.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or reverse-engineer the earbuds or charging case.
- Keep earbuds away from extreme temperatures above 45°C or below -10°C.
- The IPX7 water resistance rating applies to fresh water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Salt water, soap, or chemicals may damage the product.
- Do not listen at volumes that could damage your hearing. We recommend keeping volume below 60% for extended use.
- Use only the provided or compatible USB-C chargers. Use of uncertified chargers voids the warranty.
2. Warranty Policy
Lyramotionhub offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Covered Under Warranty:
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage
- Battery defects (significant capacity loss within 6 months)
- Charging case malfunction
- Bluetooth connectivity failures under normal use
Not Covered:
- Physical damage, drops, or cracks
- Water damage beyond IPX7 specification
- Damage from unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss or theft

3. Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all orders placed on lyramotionhub.world.
Eligibility:
- Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Product must be unused or defective (not physically damaged by user).
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Amount is credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
